my coworker and I were talking during one of our breaks and we were having good conversation and sharing laughs when during a moment of silence she looked at me and our eyes locked and she kind of cracked a smile, and I turned away because I didn't know what this meant. Could she possibly like me?

If you noticed that little moment, she probably did too. She's probably wondering the exact same thing as you are now. I would try talking to her again and if she seems friendly/flirty she's interested in you, if she seems cold she might be unready for a relationship/not share the same feelings.

You're coworkers? Man, be very careful! In case she didn't mean that and you make the wrong move, it could mean she stops talking to you or at worst screams sexual harassment! I know that's the extreme, but it happens.

Just be careful. Ask her to lunch sometime. Maybe you can gauge how your conversation goes when you're away from the workplace, even though it's a short time and not as committed as a dinner or other "real" date. If she still seems open, let her know your feelings then.

There's no way to say for sure from your description, but chances are that she does. I've always thought that direct eye contact is a sure-fire way of letting someone know you're interested. Smile back next time and hold eye contact for a bit longer. Or do the same thing to her another day and see how she responds... She might have been trying to figure out if you like her or not.

Yes. I recomend you leave it alone, unless youre a jerk like I am and you like the awkwardness of having a relationship with someone you worked with not work, just to embrace the hilarity of it all. Co-Worker crushes are very common because of the amount of time you spend with one another. But generally awkward silences are a sense of connection. Do what you gotta do.

It's possible. I think the fact that she takes time out of her breaks to spend with you,and that you two talk and laugh together is are bigger signs that she likes you. Just give it some more time, and keep doing what you're doing. It seems like you're winning her over already.

does it matter? do u like her? Having a good conversation is a sing that both have things in common. She might like you but just as a friend/co-worker. What if she was just trying to read you? Think about what was the conversation about. She probably was thinking, "wao! this guy is cool". Why you are so worry?...

making eye contact & smilling definitely sounds like there was something. but it could just be some small flirting. everyone enjoys some attention. if other signs proceed you could guess that she does. see if she smiles to everyone else...

you should have kept eye contact. the way you look at someone means a lot.

It's hard to be psychic about these kind of things based on your description, but usually that sort of "coy" impish (frozen moment in time) smile does tend to be a positive kind of thing. Hope it is at least.

it depends on how long you had eye contact for but if you was a bit longer than usual and she cracxked a smile it could mean she likes you so see what else happens if it happens more often then probably

It's one of those supposed signs...but I swears sometimes signs aren't signs, signs are signs...

During the next break, tell her you're tired and see if she wants to drive and get a cup of coffee.
