go to walmart and buy some airborne. they should have it in the pharmacy section somewhere. it's tablets you drop in water, let it dissolve, and drink it. it boosts your immune system like crazy! just make sure you follow the directions. make sure you wash your hands a lot. try to avoid your mother (as bad as that sounds). do all this, and you MIGHT not get sick.

Flue in most cases has an incubation period of 3 to 5 days.
The flue is not a single entity it is a strain that is constantly updating and changing itself. It combines with the DNA of host 1 and then may be transferred to Host2 It combines with host2 DNA and becomes a completely different strain. Now it will depend on how quickly your body can recognize this invader and set of the immune system to eradicate it. Because it is partly your DNA image the body may have trouble getting rid of the flue and so some people take longer to get over it.
It is entirely possible the virus has already got into you body and you will start to feel those odd symptoms of aches and fatigue as it multiplies.
Can you pass it on?. Absolutely! A sneeze, a kiss, cough, even drinking from the same vessel or licking the same spoon can transfer the virus from 1 host to another.

You can help yourself by consuming raw red onions that contain Myecins. The onions are not unpleasant to eat like Brown or white onions. But they are amazing in assisting the body to stop the virus penetrating cells. Garlic has a similar effect but not as effective as those red onions. Plenty of fluids and rest. Antibiotics have no effects on a virus so they are useless.
Always keep your utensils separate from others and use a tissue when you sneeze and dispose of it immediately in a proper manner. Cough into tissue and wash hands regularly after both those actions.

7 to 14 days after first exposure, you come down with the bug.

Fortify the immune system NOW. You are under attack already.
