It was problably that the dog was picking up on the hormones or just the fact that she looks different then everyone else. Our dog started barking and growling at my husband when he first came home after needing crutches. Did the same thing to friend in a cast. They pick up on things that they don't understand and will growl to say that they don't like what they are seeing/smelling/feeling. Tell the dog, "No" and "Lay Down" until he gets over it.

Your dog is displaying signs of protection towards you. During pregnancy women emit differnent hormones sometimes including increased testoserone which is released from the womans body. Most preganant mammals emit this as a threat to avoid contact with potential preditors or outsiders. Humans however have little need for this but still posses the gift. Your dog is simply detecting these hormones and feels threatend by them. If you want him to stop displaying these behaviors your cousin will need to show a sign of friendship such as throwing a toy for him or feeding him. This will show that she accepts him and he will eventually grow to understand the hormones are not projected towards him.

Your dog's probably picking up on the scent of the hormones given off by a pregnant woman; just as some dogs will go for a woman who has her period, or someone who's just made love ... some very basic hormonal smells are picked up by a wide variety of animals and that's just the way it goes.
We used to have a dog that had a silly grin on its face every time we did. He led a very happy life ...

I don't think there's that much to do, except just tell your dog 'no' when he growls. It just happens from time to time. Animals just don't like certain types of people.

There may be several reasons.
One, the cousin may have struck your dog in the past, a pregnant woman may have struck it, or the dog doesnt like her perfume and is trying desperately to tell her to wear less of it.

it is an old wives tale but sometimes it rings true. if the dog is a boy she might be having a boy or vice versa. silly but sometimes true. or it could be the fact of her hormonel changes

How did she approach him? If he has never been that way toward anyone before I bet she approached him before he was able to check her out.
