Neither of those things is ringworm. Ringworm is a fungus, it makes a scaly, reddish patch of skin. It doesn't itch, doesn't make a rash, usually it has a darker ring around it, but most of the time it is just scaly skin. You treat with the same medication as the cat had, to get rid of it. Bring bitten by a cat does not pass ringworm. Ringworm is passed by touch, I got a patch on my leg when my cat leaned against me, we were both treated for it and his healed up faster.
