You have to tune an electrical guitar, so do you have to tune an electric piano? This was asked by my 8 year old son.

The keyboards we have now need no tuning. Just like a piano a guitar has strings that stretch and need re-tuning or replacement.

However, the Rhodes Electric Piano, the forefather of all electric keys, needs to be tuned. The process is different from tuning a guitar or traditional piano, but I remember my uncle had to hire a guy to get back that sweet, smooth Fender Rhodes sound.

Electric pianos are purely digital, so no.
Electric guitars still use strings, and strings gradually stretch and have to be re-adjusted, the strings still make the sound, the electrics just pick that sound up and do things with it.
In an electric piano, the electrics make the sound as well.
