One thing I've learned is you can't change yourself, you'll end up looking like a fool.
Look at yourself in the mirror, and see if you need to brush your hair, work out...
Keep good hygiene. Brush your teath, daily showers.
Don't spend all your time playing video games, wasting time on the internet... force yourself to meet other people in the real world.

nerds are cool!!!!! try a sport team....practice really hard at one thing and then try out for the team--you can make a lot of friends that way and perhaps some of them cool?!

Get a failling test grade once i na while(not all the time though) dont act shyt.. dress better and more confident
