I think you may need to talk to someone to learn how to better control your anger. For two reasons 1. You may one day hurt someone in an uncontrollable fit of rage. 2, you may have an outburst like you did at the mall and the person also have the same issue as you. Remember there is always someone bigger, badder and meaner.. There will always be issues in our liefs that will make us angry and to go thru life in a full blown state of rage is not healthy. Get some help.

Sounds like you have some anger issues...I can relate, I am the same way. There is no excuse for rude people and they irritate me too. Go talk to a doctor about a possible personality disorder. That's what I was diagnosed with. Basically it means that you have an anger problem and become frustrated easy.

People under a lot of stress can have trouble controlling anger. You may also be depressed and not know it (anger is one of the ways depression manifests itself). Then there's narcissism - narcissists believe they are special people and as such have little tolerance for the little people and their annoying habits. Sexually frustrated people, men and women, can be quite angry, as can people with PTSD. In short there are a lot of different reasons why you may have such high levels of anger or hostility. It would be best to enter therapy, and if you can't afford that, get some anger management workbooks.

Well,I have problems with my anger to so it is easy to say that yes you sort of do have anger management issues. When you get that angry just walk away and come back later.Sometimes you may just have to wander into your own little world for a little while it has always helped me and could also work for you.

Sounds like the answer is yes. I recommend taking some time each day to do some exercises that might help you deal with whatever anger you have internally. Sounds silly, but once you identify situations that annoy you, and can then identify ways to cope with them more effectively. Then, try it! Make a list of other ways to deal instead of lashing out. For example, the situation with your dad- leave the situation, take some time to yourself, and wait until you calm down before facing him. Small steps will go along way!

Yes, you have anger management issues if you get angry over trivial matters to the extent of swearing and throwing things.

Blah, Blah, Blah, BLAH --who cares and No you don't have anger management problems. You have a self control problem. If there was a consequence to everything you did then I guarantee you would not do that **** would you. Oh wait there is a consequence duh. Oh whoa is me who thinks everyone else should bow down and take a plunge. Who is more rude? The lady that did not hold a ******* door for you or you who started swearing at her for not doing it. Hell, if it were me, I would say sorry open it back up and slam it in your face.

I think it's a problem if you can't control yourself. Everyone feels angry and frustrated at times, but if you can't stop yourself from lashing out- especially over meaningless things- you do seem to have a problem with impulse control.
Many times, a lack of impulse control is related to what you eat. People who eat a lot of sugar have mood swings, angry outbursts, and trouble controlling themselves.

lets be real...your issue is not just " the woman at the mall" or your dad. Your problem goes deeper than just these 2 incidents. THese incidents are just symptoms of the problem, not the real problem.
Look deep into yourself and you will find your answer.
