A professional facial will really help.
At home, use a product w/ benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid or an exfoliating scrub. BP will help bleach the black heads and remove excess oil. Salicylic acid and exfoliating scrubs will help remove surface debris.)
(Neutrogena, Murad AHA/BHA scrub, Oxy10, Aveeno cleansing pads, Avon Microdermabrasion Facial Scrub)
If none of these things work, see a dermatologist to find the prescription products you need. (ex. Retin-A, Differin gel, etc.)

A blackhead is dead skin and oil getting trapped under the surface of the pore.Exfoliate!.A warming scrub with Calcium Carbonate is great for this.

Get a steamer and steam your face, be careful, don't burn it. Once your pores are open you can safely squeeze your blackheads out of your face without leaving large pores. Do this regularly and you won't have blackheads. Also, be scrupulous about cleansing your skin with soap and water. Use an astringent after washing your face.

Have you tried those biore pore strips? They pull some blackheads out of the nose especially.

I would try the strips like Biore, or a blackhead scrub with peroxide.
