I know the bartender at a local bar, his friends told me he likes me and I can tell he is attracted to me.He usually gives me free drinks and is happy to see me when I come up there. I know he has a girlfriend so I keep my distance,although that does not stop me from going to the bar once in a while. Is it wrong for me to hope they break up? I dont want to be the caus eof the breakup or try to start anything, but I am interested in him and I dont want to let him know that until he is single. What more can I do at this point?

First off, congratulations on being respectful and not trying to make a move while he's still involved. Just imagine if you were the GF, while he was out picking up other chicks. I'd say be paient and see how it all works out. It's never right to be the "other woman". If he'd cheat on her, he'd do the same to you someday. Just wait it out and see if they split.

I think you are doing all the right things. Like you pointed out, you don't want to be the cause for their break-up or worse yet, a fling while he is still with his girlfriend.
It is ok for a while to show interest, but after that, have respect for his relationship with his girlfriend and let it go. There may be someone else out there that is the perfect guy for you!
