i live in gaithersburg md and there is like 6 inches of snow not plowed because my neighbors are parked in the middle of the road. i called the non-emergency police number and they told me to call another number but he said it too fast and he hung up. where can i get the number?

call the non emergency line again and tell him he said it too fast, if you get the same person. or just call a tow truck to take it away.

I'd just call the emergency # again and ask. We have bozos parking in the wrong places here in Harford County too.

call the non emergency number again and ask them. or you can do what i would do and hook a tow chain up to it and pull it in there front yard and drop it off

why don't you call the people back and ask for the number again? or call a towing service.

this happened infront of my house to we thought it was a neighbors company but it stayed there forever so we called the cops....they came and they found it was a stolen vehicle
