I have System Mechanic 6 Pro and sometimes when I run the utilities that are supposed to keep my computer healthy, it actually does harm.. anyone else have this issue with this package?

yeah it's worthless , but so are all the others , including windows , own system utilities , windows one care live ,can never defrag, it just locks up .in that stage . and their support can't help niether .

Recently im using this software and im facing no problem at all...its good for keeping ur pc at better position and to accelerate the system as well....
2- use "comprehensive" option for some tab..because in "Quick" cleaning up u loose data cause it, itself delete all..if u use "comprehensive" and then give the specific search u wont be disappointed again..its very good..keep using it..bye

yes i have had this exact problem and my girlfriends dad has too i hate this program personally if you leave it alone it deltees all sorts of things from dll files too reegestry files either way messes up games and programs and sumtimes makes me have to reinstall windows/fix windows for my girlfriends dad
in shot worst program ever made unless you go threw every file it has detected and u can do that yourself without system mechanic pro alot safer so its just a waste of money

yes that software is not real good it realy harms ur computer windows live careone is much beter and norten is the best 1 there is

I have sys mechanic, i no longer use it because the repairs it allegedly made to my registry were bad and I had to do a sys restore to get my sys running again... bad software!
