morango casino has a age limit of 18 and its next to a lot of outlet stores so u can gamble and if u win, u can go shopping.

According to this table (which might be out of date) the Legal-Age Gambling Opportunities and Restrictions for Arizona is 18 for all Gambling Opportunities (which includes casinos). However, I'm guessing that they have changed the law to 21. Please call before you go! Good Luck and win big!

NO DICE SWEETIE. SORRY THE MINIMUM AGE FOR CASINOS IS 21. UNLESS YOU FIND ONE ON A INDIAN RESERVATION THEN IT MIGHT BE 18.

i dont know of any that will let you gamble until you are 21..the fed govt regulates that....
