Its romantic because the water is dripping on you softly and you are touching and kissing your partner. YOu are all wet and have a sensation from the rain and the moment. Its just beautiful.

I have no idea. Never done it before.
However it provides a sense of romance and that being drenched in the down-coming rain while kissing shows affection by not moving to a drier area.

I like kissing any time....I don't find 'in the rain' to be better than other times...just means I have to dry off afterward.

its just the fact that you dont care that you are getting rained on because you are with someone you really care about. you dont even feel the rain because of the bliss and excitement! this makes it more meaningful.

b/c people think it's more "romantic"... i just think it gets my clothes all wet and makes the kiss seem sloppy... I'd rather kiss when it's not raining.

Because you're both laughing because you're both dripping wet, and kissing while laughing is so much fun! Plus it's more sensual, I think, and more carefree.
