Sleep apnea - do you snore? Are you over-weight? Both of these are risk factors.

Do you get enough sleep on a regular basis? 7 - 8 hours a night.

Do you take any medications? Many medications including over-the-counter medications have sleepiness as a side effect.

You could have thyroid problems, diabetes, depression and a variety of other medical conditions.

also you should see your Dr to see if there is an underlying cause to your tiredness

Maybe you are low on iron.. get some tablets over the counter .. it may help..
