I am going to do a birthday for both of my kids since their bday dates are only ten days apart. The boy will be two, and the girl will be five. Any ideas of how to please both? We will have it at the park. I need themes or games for both ages. Thanks!

Sounds great! My brother and I have birthdays 10 days apart and we shared parties a couple of times when we were young. I like the idea of having two different themes at the ends of the table... The two year old probably won't notice, but make sure that the 5 year old feels that she gets her own birthday experience ;)

Edit: This may be the last year that you can get away with it b/c your daughter might start resenting sharing a birthday with her brother - so I'd go for it this year. If it goes well, feel it out for future birthdays but be prepared that she may be ready for her own parties after this... :)

Maybe you can do a universal theme like a favorite movie that they both enjoy. Make sure you still do something a little special for her because shes older. Probably the last year that its going to happen because of the gender difference. Good luck

Have ther birthdays on two sides of the park but the food place in the center so half woudl be for the girl and half for the boy. The girl could have princess/fairies and the boy trains/cars

We did this for my neices one year. We just split the table with two different themed table clothes, and I did one theme on each half of the cake. It was so fun....We did a dora/strawberry shortcake theme.
