My questionis how do you freeze berries without them getting mushy?
Should i put them in foil, plastic or wax paper?

I put them in sandwich sizes zip lock baggies. Do not put them in big containers or they will smash the bottom ones. You can lay them out on a cookie sheet covered with wax paper and freeze them. Once they are frozen transfer them to a baggie.

dry them and spread them on a tray and quick freeze them
then bag them up .
Tiny wild strawberries freeze well
also
black berries
gooseberry's
bil-beries
Raspberries
cranberries
cherries
stay whole and good for use, when thawed out

Large strawberries do go mushy, so i only use them fresh .

Spread them out on a cookie sheet then put them in the freeser. After they are frozen, put them in a zip top bag and put them back in the freezer.
