I'm not sure why you feel the need to share that information with your best friend unless you want others to know about it. Unless your best friend has a proven track record of never saying anything to anyone else about things you've confided to her, I suggest you keep that tidbit to yourself. Even the best of friends can reveal confidential information to someone else and then it's out in the open for the world to discuss. It's also important to decide how your best friend would react if you tell her. Would she be supportive or grossed out? Would she be shocked? Would it affect how she feels about you? Only you know the answers to those questions. Think carefully before you let that piece of news out and to whom you make it known.

No. Sometime it good to keep somethings to your self.
You never now what she would say or how she would act. are who she might tell. Just keep that as your little secret

If that was years ago and it wont happen again (first tell her that it wont happen again) then please do so just in case that woman will show up in your life again.
Should be honest with her and let her know.

NO, cause then she'll think you want to sleep with her, things will get very uncomfortable between you. i've been with a girl (it was awsome) and NEVER told anyone, i don't want my friends and family to judge me.
