It's on the right side between your hip and rib cage. BUT! You can have pain anywhere! Many people are different with their symptoms! Mine was in my chest! I thought I was having a heart attack! And everyone is different with symptoms.

Fun fact, It can be on the left. There is a congenital condition called situs inversus where the GI system will be a mirror image of normal. Otherwise, yes, almost always on the right.
