*If you use a chiropractor make sure they use an activator.
MAYBE -- There is a book that teaches about muscles, pain and referred pain anywhere in the body. The principle is that the muscles get knots called trigger points which make the muscles tight that then press on nerves. It teaches how to get them to release which gets rid of the pain.
The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook by Davies.
I also use a chiropractor* and massage therapist as needed.

see a pain specialist, avoid surgery, it is too dangerous, you may end up paralized in a wheel chair... I had the same thing, they keep doing the surgeries and I end up worse every time, well no more... no more cutting, they make you sign a paper saying they can kill you, mame you paralize you and you cant do a thing about it.. dont... really go to a chronic pain site and look for a list of dr.s that specialize in pain managment, they can hook you up with options that may help you totally with minimal expense, or pain.... surgery sucks

Massage therapy is the best answer not surgery, the tendons are involved which must be dealt with appropriately by a qualified massage therapist who know which tendon connect to which muscle, it works.

How many times are you going to post the same question. You have gotten several more bogus answers here. You need a good doc, not more stupid advice.

Have you tried massage? Depending on where you are, it might be hard to find someone, but a good neuromuscular therapist and kinesiologist might be able to help you some. I hate to hear that you are in such pain. Good luck!

Recover>> you won't.
Get worse-yes..

Fusion isn't that big a deal anymore--but not having surgery and ending up in wheelchair or worse makes no sense.

also had spinal fusion vertebrae's neck.

would not be walking today if I had not.
maybe even dead.
