As a joke, I would like for my computer to answer my telephone calls. More specifically, I want one of those annoying voice menus; "if you you are............., press 1,etc." Any suggestions?

Well there is a program out there somewhere but I forgot where. But you could have a friend read your message and put it on the answering machine. That way no one will recognize your voice. During Holloween, I put on my answering machine, in the voice of Dracula, "This is Count Dracula, I am not in, I am getting a good night, I mean good day's sleep, leave your message, telephone number, and your window open tonite and the best time to come by." All my friends liked it. They could believe it was my voice. But there are some message programs out there somewhere. That is where I got the idea. But I did not want to pay though. lol

Also, did you know your computer has voice capability if you have speakers. Go to START, ALL PROGRAM, ACCESSORIES, then click ACCESIBILITIES, then click NARRATOR. Anyway, type your message, put your phone there to record, and you got a winner. And the voice sounds like a computer too.
