I left Toronto with a load needed in Grande Prairie,Alberta by Friday. I left Toronto at 11:30 am Wednesday, was unloading at 3pm Friday afternoon. Have done Los Angeles to Edmonton in 22 hours(2100 miles), also have done High Level, Alberta to Edmonton twice in under 5 hours(525 miles). The last 2 by car the To to Alta by truck.

I regularly drive London (401) to Toronto Airport in 1 hour 20 minutes...
Kitchenr/Waterloo from London: 35 minutes
Ottawa: 4 1/2 hours...

In the summer, on a sunday. Toronto Weston rd/Hwy 401 area to Ottawa Downtown(Byward Market) 2.5hrs, didn't go all the way 401 -417, went North after Kingston, not the usual route in though.

Well, we have done Toronto to Buffalo in 50 minutes, and Toronto to Erie, PA in 2 1/2 hours. Toronto to Ottawa takes 6 -7 hours.

As you can see I follow the speed limit.

London-2 hours
Peterborough-45 mins.-1 hour
Barrie->1 hour
Ottawa-4-5 hours
those are realistic numbers assuming you have good traffic/weather and your not a moron
