You would need to read the labels on all foods. Most supermarkets now have their own range of "Free From" foods which are free from Gluten and a lot of other things. Ask at your local supermarket.

Surprising alot of prepared foods do. Most soups (including broths), seasoning mixes and sauces, breads, pastas, frozen foods, some cured meats - read all labels very carefully.

Here's somethings to look for that are gluten-free - alot of kosher/organic (other than starches) foods don't, rice pasta

marrow root does, I think. It can be used for thickening gravies and sauces.
