Both sentences mean that whoever wrote them, has a very poor knowledge of grammar

"Te miras realmente bella" is WRONG Spanish. It should say "Te ves realmente bella" or "preciosa" (the word is "ves" not "vez", which has a different meaning).
That means "you look really beautiful".
Mirar = to look, but only when the person is looking AT something. It doesn't refer to their appearance in Spanish.
That would be "verse", which it's conjugated like this:
Yo me veo
tú te ves
él/ella se ve
nosotros nos vemos
ustedes se ven
ellos se ven
i.e.:
"Te miras al espejo. Te ves muy bien" = You look yourself in the mirror. You look very good.

"Te ves (not "vez") realmente preciosa" literally means that you see yourself as truly beautiful. It's like saying, "You think you're really beautiful."

I think the quote should have been;
"Tu miras realmente bella"
which translated means;
"You look really beautiful"

If you want to say "You look very beautiful", you say "Te ves muy hermosa/bella"
"Te miras realmente bella" would mean "you see very beautiful" =P
And if you want to say that she thinks of herself as very beautiful, then you just say "Te crees muy hermosa/bella"
