alot of the time is simply the thrill of sneaking around and doing the forbidden, with someone who is usually the exact opposite of the woman the man has at home. other times is because the man has no self control. then some men bore easy and need something new in there life. then there are the men who cheat to see if they still have "it". sometimes men are seduced by woman and don't even realize it. there are countless reasons why a man cheats and it all really boils down to this: Because they wanted to! I think using nature is an excuse. I'm a man and when ever I consider a woman my girlfriend that means I really like everything about her. both men and women have relationships based on need and not on what they want. meaning the guy has a girlfriend or is married because deep down he's afraid of being alone or has problems with being alone because he is needy.
Maybe he views his current girlfriend as a stand in until he finds someone better, people do this all the time, I don't , people do, I think it's immature and waste of time. but that's me. The nature thing is stupid because now there are a million social reasons for not wanting to spread your seed, financial reasons as well. Any guy with self control and a sound mind doesn't want to get a girl pregnant unless it's his wife.

Why do all male versions of a species try to mate as many times as possible? It is in our genes, its part our DNA. The female version all want the best mate to carry on the species. In some species, she mates multiple times to ensure pregancy, other species, she mates with whomever won the head bunting contest.

I'm gonna solve it for ya right now... because they're not getting something at home, b/c they get the offer and don't want to pass it up, b/c they think they won't get caught, b/c they don't really love their g/f, they just want to keep her around for sex, b/c they want to have two girls without having to choose...
same reasons anyone cheats, not just men...

some guys meet a girl they are close to, but they dont feel ready to be with them and they can't express that to there girl. So they go and cheat instead cause they aren't ready to be with someone so close

I think it is a ancient trait. They have this thing about spreading their genes. But many women cheat, the are just more careful about it.

Because Men are meant to procreate and monogamy is contrary to our genetic coding...some fight it better than others....but most are constantly on the prowl for some new "strange"

I think guys cheat cause they (love) girls and can't get enough of kissing and makeing out and that kind of stuff....LOL...
