I can't accurately say exactly how long I've noticed these symptoms but lately i have had some discomfort in my abdomin and sometimes i feel sick to my stomach. I also noticed I feel like i need to go to the bathroom a lot, and when I wipe sometimes I see a little bit of blood (very little, but its there), I wasn't sure if this was becasue i was wiping too hard or something else. I also have trouble passing gas sometimes, like i have to push really hard. Now just to note this, to rule out some plausible alternative explainations I've had an extremely stressful week this week. And on top of that I take adderall for my ADHD, I smoke (i know, i'm stupid), and I take excedrine sinus headache to prevent migranes (I take these daily). Those are all stimulants and I wasn't sure if they would be related to my problems. I just wanted to know if anyone had any ideas because I'm kind of afriad to go to the doctor, i'm only 21 and I don't want to find out I have some kind of cancer...Any ideas?

You definitely need to take these issues up with your doctor. I would point out one thing, though. Daily use of Excedrin Sinus is not the recommended course of therapy for migraine treatment. I will check to see whether this may be causing deterioration of your stomach lining.

It looks as if you may be causing serious damage to your liver, and you are certainly taking the medication beyond the 7 days recommended. I advise you cease taking the Excedrin immediately and call your doctor.

Incidentally, you should discuss with your doctor whether your migraines are coincident with your taking Adderall, or whether the medication is a causal factor. Twenty-six percent of adults studied in the clinical trials of Adderall XR reported headache as a side effect.

You may have irratable bowel syndrome. You may also may have an intestinal virus or colitis. My suggestion is to seek professional help and tell the doctor your exact symptoms. Do not be ashamed.
Blood in the stool or urine is definately not a good sign. Sometimes it is Cancer. Go to an Internal Medicine doctor as soon as possible.
Another suggestion is to take a stool softener or a laxative. Sometimes you can be impacted with stools and not know it.
Seek professional help Honeychild...
And I'll tell you what I would rather find out I had Cancer in the early stages and get it treated and in remission than to catch it in the late stages and not be able to do a damn thing about it...

Forget your fears of going to the doctors and make an appointment a.s.a.p. It could well be something very simple, but you not going to the doctors, is just causing you to worry about the unknown. At least you will have peace of mind if you go and find out what the problem is. If you leave it and do nothing, you are still going to worry yourself. Please be sensible and make an appointment. If you dont want to go to the doctors, find out where your local "well womens clinic " is, if you have one in your area!
Good luck hon. Try not to worry and get to that doctors.

You may have irritable bowel ....but you know problems like this should really be diagnosed by a doctor. I doubt you have cancer but you should really be checked before it gets any worse.
