I designed and made me own invites but I didn't use the web.
I went to a craft shop and bought the blank cards and blank vellum sheets, and the only part I printed was the actual wording for the inside onto the vellum sheets.
To decorate the cards themselves I was able to get some beautiful silver heart stickers (different sizes), silver thread and tiny heart shaped silver "cushions" from the same craft shop. There were no words on the outside of the cards, just some of the heart stickers and then I bound each one to the vellum inserts with the silver thread and one of the little heart cushions dangling down. While the basic design for them was the same, each invite was slightly unique. It took a long time but it was well worth it. I then used the same stickers on the place cards and table menus.

There is a printing service on the Confetti site that is brilliant.
You can also buy all the paper, envelopes and little extras from them too.
Hope this Helps

www.myjeanm.com allows you to design your own but you can't print them. They ship them to you and then you send out. Hope that helps. It is a good idea to be able to print them off on your own and I am surprised that there aren't more websites out there that would offer it.

You could try www.moonpig.com
They do cards for all occasions, designed by you, it may not be what you are looking for, but worth a look.
