I've been with my girlfriend since Feb 2, 2005 we have been together for two years. We had a very rocky summer of 2006 and i push her away from me and she's been asking me to give her attention but i messed up and ignored her but just for the record her and i were like rabbits every nite. i stop using condoms after a year with her. but on november of 2006 we had a big fight and things were said i broke up with her but that same night we got back together that month was probably the most we did it on a month base...the next day a old family friend comes around and she breaks down and crys and he takes advantage of her they didnt use a condom but she stop him about 15 mins into it...now its been three months she cant get ahold of him i just found out everyhing yesturday which was Valintines Day im telling you PAINFULL VERY PAINFULL but im still here and i want to be part of this experience but i need to know if im the father she 13 weeks...

The best way is to wait until the baby is born. Although technically then can do paternity tests while she is still pregnant, they are risky for the baby and for mom and more expensive.
If she was having sex with two men unprotected, its anybody's guess who the father is. But once the baby is born, they can find out. There will be a fee to find out, but this baby deserves to know who its daddy is. Good luck.

regardless as to who she had sex with if you want to be with her and want to be a father the real paternity shouldnt matter. i dont know how old you are so if you are young this could be a big problem but if you are older and ready then i say not worry about it and enjoy the whole experience. the pregnancy and birth are so precious and only last for so long. on the other hand she shouldnt of been so careless and u have every right to be PIST. stick with her because if it is yours youl regret the time missed. good luck i wouldnt do the test now wait til she has delivered. at the birth she is yours if u sign the papers. if someone then takes u to court for a test they will have to pay to find out otherwise

shes 13 weeks pregnant? its usually kinda hard to do it while shes still pregnant and most doctors don't like to do it cause it could affect the baby but once she has the baby they will do one at the hospital or you can get in contact with the state and have one done but that might take a few months after the baby is born

im not sure what its called but there is a way for you to find out they have to do this test on her but its very very risky sometimes it kills the baby so the best way would just have to be to wait till the baby is born sorry and good luck
