All of them, my friend.... Every country had their own indigenous form of martial arts which developed through the influence of another culture. The forms we know today are largely a derivative of the many methods developed somewhere else.
Examples:
Shaolin Gung Fu was, as legend tells it, a combination of indigenous fighting movements based upon the movements of animals with movements taught by the Indian monk, Bodhidarma.
Karate was a combination of those methods already existing in Okinawa and those brought back from China.
Modern day boxing as we see on television came from the boxing form brought over from Europe with the influences of Filipino boxing which itself was influence by a knife culture.
These are just brief and basic examples, but you get the idea. Also keep in mind there are many different forms of combat that may have had an influence on systems now, but the original form has been lost to history due to the cultural genecide that has occurred across the globe and throughout the existence of human beings.

anyone who said "an asian country" is an idiot.
martial arts, at least human martial arts can be logically argued to have originated in africa- where homo sapiens were born.
as far as martial arts bieng recorded- martial arts were depicted in egypt 6000 years prior to any doccumented "creation" of kung fu. Some people would even argue that it was alexander the great who brought martial arts to china- personally I don't buy that for the reasons above and below.
The ancient greeks, gaul, rome all have instances of recorded martial arts systems.
really the only logical and correct answer to this would be that the first humans invented martial arts. early hominids (before homo sapiens) and primates were all tool users- tools to kill and hunt, what makes you think that these tools were not turned on each other in disputes when primates today even use rocks and sticks in conflicts in addition to balled fists?
If you really look at it, humans did not invent martial arts. If you define martial arts the way it should be "the art of war" (martial arts comes from the term "the arts of mars").
if you look at fighting to gain control of a group or dominance fights then humans didn't even invent martial arts at all. Hominids likely didn't even invent martial arts. If you restrict it to systematic conflict then you would have to go back to primates and hominids prior to the existance of man.
as there was little contact between different cultures then it is not likely that any "one" country or geographic region invented it and the rest "stole" it. It is more likely that the systems were just developed seperately.
Even "old" boxing has plates of arm blocks that look much like karate. This is prior to any contact between the two countries.

Not only does this excellently written article agree to most of the reasonable points of views as presented above, but notes an "influence" on Chinese system rather then an origin. Modern martial arts carry several influences but extensive development at the shaolin temple would explain the Eisai- Mitsuyo Maeda- Gracie- Jujutsu connection. Other martial arts such as Sambo were deliberately formed by a plethora of styles while Pehlwani, Jujutsu, Lancashire all came togather to influence Catch wrestling and even Shoot wrestling.
It's complicated but the article mentioned above mentions it best in the context of "eastern martial ars" as understood by the layman.

I assume you are referencing the asian fighting arts becasue there are styles that evolved independantly from them. The debate about the origin has been roing on for quite sometime and will probably continue. One of the most current theories says that the martial arts imigrated to China from India with the Monk Boddidharma. He tuaght the basic exercises to the Shaolin monks that eventually became Shaolin Kung fu. Even at that there were other forms already in existance in China. Truth of the matter is, no one is really certain. There are lots of theories. lots of diagreements and no concrete answers.

It’s hard to believe but after some researches I come to know origin of martial arts is India. Buddhist monks from India (origin of Buddhist religion and home land of Buddha) took martial arts to East Asia and Asian people improved and advanced it. Same as hotdog. Most people think hotdog is American food but they originally from Germany.
So I believe Indians are not good at it but martial art is Indian born art.

It depends on what you mean. Men have fought as long as there have been men. Men learned ways to fight long before there were countries. The oldest empty hand systems I know of are Kalaripayat from India & Tae Kyun from Korea. Neither was what we call a Martial Art today. they were just fighting systems. The 1st to incorporate philosophy into fighting systems was Boddidarma, an Indian Monk in China.

Countries didn't invent martial arts PEOPLE did.
That being the case, you will probably find that several martial arts have their roots in more than one country if you trace them back far enough.
