To be sure, I would suggest that you go to the hospital and have the doctor check the wound. What if its bleeding internally as well!

If you got knocked out at all even for a second go to the doctor IMMEDIATELY. Im not sure the size of the cut but if it is small just covering it as best as possible and continue putting on the antibiotic cream. If you were alarmed by the large amount don't be the head will bleed alot.

You should have it checked, they may need to put in some stitches or it may not heal properly and leave a bald patch. You may also need to get some tetanus shots. By thee way, don't clean th wound with alcohol, alcohol is damaging to your cells, (that's why it smarts like hell), you may end up with more tissue damage. If you really need to put some antiseptic, use Povidone-Iodine or milder antiseptic. You can also use Mupirocin cream (mild antibacterial) on the wound itself. Get it checked.

Head cuts always bleed a lot because it's just veins under the scalp.

Leave it alone, let it heal.

if the wound is in your hair then just leave it alone. If it is on bare skin, cover it with a bandage, a covered wound heals faster with less risk of infection and minimizes scarring.

You already cleaned it (with rubbing alcohol no less...that must have felt good) so now just disinfect it again and cover it up with a bandage and leave it alone.
