Adela is right about the difference between the verbs "ser" and "estar" ("eres" is more permanent than "estás"), but she's wrong about the sentence: "Te ves hermosa".
That's other way to say "You look beautiful". In this case it doesn't mean that the person sees him/herself as beautiful, but that the others see him/her like that. So it doesn't mean "you think you are beautiful", that would be "te crees hermosa".
So "you are looking really beautiful" could be:
Te ves realmente hermosa
Estás realmente hermosa (or "preciosa", "bella", etc.).

All of the following are good:
Estás realmente hermosa.
Estás realmente preciosa.
Estás realmente bella.
Estás guapÃsima.
There are many different words that mean "beautiful". The key to saying that you LOOK beautiful (meaning today, or right now, like you're complimenting someone on their outfit, hair, etc., as opposed to saying that they ARE beautiful) is with the verb "estar" (estás). You need to use this in order to say what you're trying to say. Reasons other ways don't work:
Te ves hermosa. = You see yourself as beautiful. (You think/know you're beautiful.)
Eres hermosa. = You are beautiful. (as in a permanent quality)
