We used to be really close, but 3 months ago, she told me that she used to fancy me, but not anymore. Since, our friendship isn't as strong as it used to me, but we still see each other most days (we live in the same building). What should I do?

I didn't make it clear, but we choose to meet up. We have lunch, and watch DVDs together etc.

waht do yew mean what should yew do? she used to like yew and now she doesnt..i would say end of story, unless of course yew wanna go for her again, go get some coffee with her or go to the movies but just as "friends" if its meant to be then itll happen good luck.

Say hi, a little small talk. You can't avoid seeing each other so just make the best of it.

ask her out! So what if she's not your usual type? You may find that she's a great person so go for it! If not just opt to be friends.

Sounds like her feelings got hurt when you never asked her out. Ask her out now and see what she says. Worst thing she can do is say no.

just ask her out anyway! It doesn't matter what type of girl you USUALLY go for. Sometimes, the type you don't go for ends up being the right one for you.
