Why does it seem that everyone "wants" to be in a good relationship but then, it's so hard to find someone mature, financially stable, goal oriented, mature, and why not? handsome.

People who are "mature, financially stable, goal-oriented" like you say are often the types who don't feel the need to actively seek out relationships. As such, these people don't often find themselves attracted to people who DO actively seek relationships.
If you spend more time LOOKING for what YOU enjoy personally outside of a relationship, rather than looking for the relationship itself, chances are you'll find the type of guy you really want.

when you look it take longer for it to come to you.
My suggesttion is that you stay put and please yourself, i mean do thing you like to do for yourself like anything really that make you happy.
go by your day and it will look for you and find you.
