Help!!! Do you know where I can download the pimsleur spanish audio course free of charge??!!!?

Hiya Guys

I am a cash strapped student who is spending 3 months in spain this summer essentially to broaden my horizons.

My knowledge of the spanish language is pratically zero and I am very keen to start learning it from now!!!

I would really like to use the "Pimsleur" spanish course because i think it is a superior course to others.

Does anyone know where i can download this course for free!!!

I am desperate and have already forked out money on second rate courses.

The full blown Pimsleur course is too expensive and too long for you. You wont be able to finish it before you go Spain. I understand that you need to know basic phrases and want to survive in Spain. So, instead of trying to learn high level Spanish from scratch - learn basics with a basic Pimsleur course:

It is $13, so it should fit your student budget needs. Believe me with the $200 Pimsleur course, even you steal it from Internet, you will not be able to finish it and learn it.

I am not a big fan of Pimsleur. Rosetta Stone is pretty good.

For stealing from Internet, you can probably find it with google by searching in forums and torrents.

In other words, you want to steal someone else's hard work. That makes you a thief. Be a man and buy the basic Pimsleur course for $25 or so. The people at Pimsleur work hard to develop their materials, they deserve to be paid for their hard work. Just because you are "cash-strapped" doesn't give you the right to steal.

EDIT: Ms Regina (below), perhaps you should study harder at law school (or perhaps you are just a simple first year wannabe). This IS stealing. You should read your copyright law a little better (or ask someone who actually knows the law). Do not be giving legal advice here on this matter unless you are actually a copyright lawyer.

This is not stealing, if pimsleur cared about it, he should sue you and get all his money plus expenses.

If he fails to act to protect his rights, he is forfeiting them.

EDIT: Alright it may me stealing, however, the law does not protect those that sleep (Old Roman Saying). Prescription of rights you don't exercise is a rule in any Legal system. It is a fundamental principle of equity and justice (of constitutional importance) that that one may only claim his own rights, and that failing to do so will cause your right to prescribe.

Moreover, you are protected by the due process of the law, which bans almost any kind of investigation that could produce proof against you (unless you be really brazen).
