How can I get a cheap copy of Microsoft Access?

I need to brush up on my programming skills and I need to get a copy of Microsoft Access. It doesn't matter if it's an older version. Just so I can practice my programming in Access on my home computer.

If you don't mind an older program, try ebay.
MS Office or just Access XP should be affordable, and if it is still too much, then get '97, should be able to get that for next to nothing.

Does it have to be Access? There are free database engines, such as Mysql.
