1-800-829-1040 push #2 to get live assistance then push 0 a couple of times. The hold time is long because they are extremely busy this time of year with refund questions and W2 complaints

The first answer is correct. I'm not certain about pressing '2'. I called the number with a question 3 weeks ago. The person that answered was not sure of the answer at the time so they took my name and number and called me back 3 or 4 days later.
