yes... i know because this is the way i sneeze and i get laughed at all the time. they say "just let it out!" but i guess due to habit i sneeze with my mouth closed in public. sometimes it sounds like a "mouse sneezing" as they say...

hmmm the best way to sneeze without getting spit everywhere or having the loud echo is when you feel it coming, sneeze on your arm by your armpit. its a good way to not spread germs too. i dont think ive ever sneezed with my mouth closed, but i have stopped my self from sneezing before!

You always have to have your mouth open when you sneeze it is impossible to close your mouth when you sneeze your firggin nose will explode !
