Use extensive personal protection such as gloves, goggles, mask to avoid contact with "bio hazardous materials".

Otherwise, the same way you clean a really dirty shower. Go over it once with hot soapy water. Use a lot of soap and be thorough, starting from the top and working down. Use a heavy duty sponge. Rinse it and go over it again with bleach an hot water (one cup bleach for each gallon of hot water,make sure you have good ventilation.) Rinse thoroughly.
