Talk. The internet is a great resource of people with a willing ear and a caring heart. And if that's what you need to build up the courage to tell people in your life (friends/family), then that's fine. But saying goodbye to the world is not an option. I've struggled with depression myself for two years. Things are finally looking up now, and looking back on my lowest points, I can't believe I ever stupidly considered it. You need to talk to a doctor. Counseling and medication are viable options, but there's exercise, diet, herbal supplements, all could end up helping you immensely. And I promise you that when that happens, you won't believe what you almost gave up.
It's a rough deal. But trust me it's easier to beat than it may seem at the moment. Do Not give up, talk to people. Going through this alone is the worst part.

Please do not hide this from your parents. I'm sure they love and want the best for you. I would see a therapist about these feelings of hopelessness and worthiness. It's no good to be in that state of mind to believe that there is no tomorrow. This is a lie from satan to make you feel like a no-body. When Jesus says you are special and important to Him. Jesus loves you. I will pray that your life will turn around and you'll find the help you need to stay alive and well.
DO not give up!!! Life is too precious !!

please don't say goodbye.
if you have a hard time with your parents / family..... ( & if it they are the only way you can get to a professional) .... then please use this electronic forum.
perhaps join a yahoo group and share with those in it to see if a person can be available.
if you feel like it you can use the answer forum to send those who answer you here questions.
However eventually you need to talk to a real professional. So just start here with the thought that you will eventually talk to a counselor ..... & yes .... your parents / family.
please don't say goodbye

well being that i have been where u have been and can relate and also being that i have lost someone close to me from suicide let me tell you the pain never ends, you need to talk to someone whether it would counsler teacher or friend. and you dont have to be mad at yourself all the time, give yourself credit and compliment yourself at what you are good at, life is a very precious gift and its not your time to go, so talk to someone....

It's just a phase. Noramally people go through this. Soon everything will end up all ok. You'll go back to your normal self. Just try and find something to keep you busy awhile. Something you like to do. =]

Talk to a counselor, teacher, or other respected adult immediately. Or call 1-800-SUICIDE, a hotline for people who are suicidal and need someone to talk to. Do not kill yourself, because once that's done you can't undo it.

Don't say good bye. Think about it this way, you serve a purpose in this life and people love you.
