These tips are just gonna prolong the oxidation from happening for a couple days- It's really best to make just enough to enjoy for your event or single serving- With Guacamole fresh is really best!

Well...besides eating it while it is fresh and not keeping it around for 2 or more days, using a lot of lemon or lime juice when preparing your guac is the best way to avoid the brown and black oxidation.

Squeeze a bit of lime or lemon juice on top and press plastic wrap against it. Seal the plastic wrap tightly around the edge of the container.
