okay so i have everything to make brownies i could make the box kind or the kind from scratch. but hte problemmm isss that i only have 1 egg. does anyone know of any recipies? my mom wont go get some:/

I've made these before and they only call for one egg and they are pretty damn good.
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
In a medium bowl, mix together the oil, sugar, and vanilla. Beat in egg. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; gradually stir into the egg mixture until well blended. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the brownie begins to pull away from edges of pan. Let cool on a wire rack before cutting into squares.

You can make the box with 1 egg. It just tastes more chewy fudge, instead of cake like.

They'll be fine made with only one egg, just more fudge-like. If you think you need a little more liquid, try adding a couple of tablespoons of apple sauce.

um.. ok so steal some money from your mom, put your truckin shoes on and head to the store, I love cake like brownies, not fudgey types, gross.....

Use a little bit (10gr) of flower.
