how long are britains soldiers deployments?

do they go out for a year too? like in iraq, my brother was there for a year but british soldiers he met there were only spending 6 months?

Well, dont know last I heard they are pulling out with 2 years all together.

as for us forces, the tours range from one lie to another....

see 10 th mountain division, they have been lied to again and again. They are extended over and over.....those guys I feel for.....God bless,
