Whenever I start Outlook Express, it automatically starts Windows Messenger. How do I stop this? I have already unchecked the "Run Windows Messenger when Windows Starts" and "Allow Windows Messenger to run in the background" options. I can't find any other options to alter, either in Windows Messenger or Outlook Express. Any help would be appreciated.

click start
click control panel
click add remove programs
click add remove windows components
uncheck messenger box(at bottom of list)
click next
This will uninstall windows messenger from your computer
