God is one of us, He came on Earth as a man called Jesus. But He wasn't a slob. He was the greatest preson who ever lived. His love for us is unfathomable, and He demonstrated it by His sacrifice on the Cross for our sakes.

If you mean He would take on human form for 30 years and live as a poor carpenter - then yes - He did that already. However, he was also fully God - and led a perfect, sinless life......You don't have to wonder what if - it's been done.
