My gum sting whenever i drink something cold like cold water or anything wet. It is occurring under my bottom back tooth. I looked at it and the bottom of the tooth is bright white. What is It. Why does it sting???????

you probably have a gum infection. go to a dentist.

the whiteness on your tooth is calcium build up and i would just try a different tooth paste (sensitive). see if that helps any for a few days then you can call a doctor if you feel the need. at the dentist office they normally use warm water because most people's teeth are very sensitive to cold water.

Easy, just use sensodyne toothpaste! It is good for sensitive teeth
