You're a great person,,he see's it. Ask him, what he thinks your good qualities are.

This is a horrible place to be in. I've been there, I feel for you:) I'm not sure why we are soooo hard on ourselves. When we look in the mirror, we see negatives. When we right a list of positives about ourselves, there are always more negatives or the positives are still "not that great" in our eyes. All it takes is an attitude change. (like it's that easy...) But really, if you try to see the bright side of everything and not worry so much about the negative, you start to feel better about yourself & everything around you. Example of how you should think: "Who cares if this doesn't work out, I will find someone even better in the end." I know this way of thinking is a challenge for us, but try, you will feel better. Keep smiling.

Every woman who finds a great guy after having some bad ones leads us to think, I don't deserve such a great guy. Well, you do. More than that, he may not deserve you!! So say thanks to what ever put this great fella in your path and move on to thinking better thoughts. If you really don't deserve the man then let him go and give someone else a chance. lol Good luck.

I've just recently snagged myself a new man. Often i'll see girls that i think are prettier, or nicer and think......if one of those girls wanted him, why would he stay with me (its like i think i'm not as good as the pretty funny sporty girls)

But i trust him and trust that he is with me for a reason. He obviously see's something in me that i dont see and i guess over time he will help me see it too.

You ARE worthy of him, he's chosen you because you two click - if he wanted someone else - he would be with someone else, but he's not he's with you.

Just enjoy the ride, you have to put all your insecurities aside so that you can love him with everything you have. Don't take a step back and distance yourself from him out of fear of being hurt because that will end up in disaster.

As hard as it is - just let go. Realise that you may think he's too good looking for you, too succesful, smart or whatever it is - but i can tell you he's probably thinking how in hell did i get myself such a gorgeous girl!!

If you don't feel that you deserve him, that is on you. He obviously feels that you are special and he cares about you. Let him. Let everything else go and trust that you are special and you have someone in your life that wants you. Stop the negative thinking. Good luck.

Treat yourself to a new hair style or visit a beauty salon. If you feel you look pretty you will get a real boost

Quit thinking about how much you like or dislike yourself. Do something outside of yourself. Do something to impress yourself. Volunteer, donate, compliment someone else.....anything that makes you quit being so self-centered. Sounds harsh, but it's the truth.

OKAY I REALLY DONT SEE WHY YOU FEEL THIS WAY AT ALL IF HE IS GOOD TO YOU , YOU SBOULD BE THANKFUL THAT HE ISNT GOOD TO YOU. THAT HE DOSENT DISRESPECT YOU IN ANY KIND OF WAYS. YOU JUST NEED TO TAKE BABY STEPS INTO GETTING CLOSER TO HIM AND SEE WHY YOU SHOULDNT OR SHOULDNT DESERVE HIM. BUT AT THE SAME TIME YOU SHOULD ASK YOUR SELF AND THINK ABOUT IT IF YOU SHOULD BE WITH HIM OR NOT. AND IF YOU THINK YES YOUTHINK WHY AND THE SAME IF YOU THINK NO. JUST TAKE SOME TIME TO THINK ABOUT EVERYTHING IN THIS RELATIONSHIP.

allow myself to introduce ...my..self...

no I'm kdn...

anyway you just to focus on the pros not the cons about your life and the way you carry/present yourself...
you probably have some awesome characteristics that you never applaud yourself on..
I'm sure your a good person..just ask people about your qualities and you'll learn to recognize them when they happen...this will make you feel better..
I'm dr. Phil...have a good day.

every morning when you get up, look in the mirror and tell yourself one thing good about yourself... "i have pretty eyes"... "i give good advice"... "i look skinny today"... or anything you like..
i know it sounds cheesy and the first few times you compliment yourself you'll probably feel stupid but after a while you will actually start to believe yourself... it really works.. it'll raise your confidence in yourself.

best of luck.

just like theres reasons your with him, i.e. you like him and he treats you well, there are reasons he is with you. you should ask him what his reasons are for being with you. then you are reassured of your relationship strengths and you find out what you mean to him. this will give you a feeling of more importance.
