Everyone interprets it differently, as you can obviously see from above. I believe Christianity is more then a religion, I think it is a wallk of faith or a way of life. It could, and probably is, both for many. In a general sense, anyone who believes in and looks to Jesus as their Savior, Teacher, etc. would, to me, be considered a Christian, but they don't necessarily need to be associated with any religious sect/organization. That being said, Christ did set up a specific organization and method of doing things when He was on the Earth and therefore it may be God's intention to have an organization or means of dispenses His will.
Good luck.

Those who say "true Christianity" is a relationship are just describing an aspect of the religion of Christianity.
They are describing the difference between heartfelt life-changing faith and faith that just goes through the motions and is ritualistic.
Of course it is a religion.

of course Christianity is a religion. if it's not then Christian churches need to lose their religious tax exemption.
and every religion is a "walk of faith". exclusivity religions like Christianity always want to make it sound as if their faith is somehow holier and more valid than the faith in/of other religions.

I am Christian and I do not care if see it one way or some see it the other. I call it both. I think it is more important to get the point of the teachings than it is to worry about semantics or some antics or whatever other trivial things can make us argue amongst ourselves for no reason.

I think it's to long of a meaning for dictionary, but I have to say no because religous people worship their gods because they have to and always doing the same things, Christianity is different because we worship God because he is good. Christianity is a way of life.

You can't go definition shopping just because you don't want Christianity to be a religion.
In popular use, Christianity has always been a religion, and is currently the world's largest.

Religion is known by its laws.
As far as I know, Christianity has certain laws.
However religion is not just law, its got a very spiritual element as well as law.
i.e. religion is a form of reference for both practical: do not commit adultery
and for spiritual behaviours.
So its both.

Yes, it's a monotheistic religion. Christians believe in only one God. He is God the father, God the Son, and God the Ghost. Wait a second, that doesn't add up, does it ?
Anyway, they're like gun oil Three in One. What's good for the gun is good for the ah-soul.

christianity is a religion to some, a cult to some, and a walk of faith to some, and a truth to some.
what it is, is solely dependant upon the individuals perspective.
