Unfortunately to (Most) Christians worship of any other deity besides their own is seen as devil worship, hell some of them accuse atheists of being devil worshipers. They don't get it that if you don't believe the devil even exists, how can you worship him?

I'm sorry to hear how you where judged on this matter! The only judge is God himself! You have what is known as "free will" to believe whatever you wish to believe! I do not believe you are "worshipping satan"! As in you willfully give sacrifices to the evil one! If I had to accuse someone in a matter like this it would simply be a lack of knowledge or understanding! Not a satan worshipper! Whether or not you choose to believe is up to you! I myself believe in God! And in if you believe in God you must accept the fact that Satan does exist! There is no denying that! But: To judge someone this harshly is simply uncalled for! I see you do read the Bible! Everything that you need to know is in there!!!!

Well, I'm a christian, and I dont' believe that those who don't believe in God and Jesus must be worshippers of Satan.
I do believe that these are ones who are more succeptable to follow Satan - meaning to do what he wants humans to do. These ones who don't put their trust in God and Jesus and do the will of God, must be doing the will of Satan. You cannot serve two masters! (1 Corinthians 10:21)
Satan is the ruler of this world. Yes, God is the creator, but clearly the Devil is the ruler. (John 12:31; 14:30; 16:11)
So again, no, I don't think you or anyone else who doesn't put faith in God and Jesus are specifically devil worshippers. But I do believe that you have to pick a side. And if you are not on the side with God and Jesus, whose are you on???

This idea doesnt exist in Christianity alone.
It exists in Islam as well.
And the explanation is simple.
Darkness is the absence of Light.
Where Light doesnt touch, darkness will.
If goodness doesnt fill your insides, the lack of goodness can result in behaviour that is irredeemably evil.
By shunning out good things, you do as Satan pleases, and therefore worship him, without knowing it.
Im not saying you do this, am merely giving you an explanation so forgive me if I sound like Im labelling you. Im not. And I have no idea if youre filled with ungood things, and I dont think you are, I just know what is told to me, and thought it might make sense to you as well.

Jesus taught us that if you are not for Him, then you are against Him. There is no gray area, no middle of the road, there is either light or dark, good or evil, Jesus or Satan. You can't get to heaven by hugging a tree or saving a whale or following Buddha, or Harry Krishna, or any other teaching/"prophet". Jesus is the only way. I mean, lets really think about this:
God sent His only Son to die for mankind, to redeem us from death to life, from cursing to blessing. Now would it make sense to Kill His only Son by the most horrible death imaginable, only to let you get in to heaven "your own way" because you were "Basically a good person"? That would be complete and utter madness. Either Jesus was a fool, or He was who He said He was! There is no in between.

Good question...I don't think they mean you intentionally worship Satan....but that you are unwittingly SERVING his interests...
Satan is the 'prince of this world' and all men are in sin and under his control....and there is no exception and no escape without Christ .
All human effort is in vain to deliver oneself from the world system and from Satan's grasp...all men serve him whether they realize it or not....until they call on Jesus Christ....only then can they be set free from Satan's clutches.
That' s why Jesus said...." If the Son shall set you free , you shall be free indeed".

It's ridiculous. As an Atheist I don't believe that God exists... I also don't believe in Satan. I don't worship anything, tacitly or otherwise.
It is simply another way of believers saying "If you're not with us, you're against us. Everyone that is against us is wrong, and is to be despised, and will go to Hell...etc."

Yah, um about that...
I think you actually have to sacrifice a goat to be worshipping Satan. You have to perform a Satanic ritual, observe a Satanic holiday, donate to a Satanic church, etc.
That's worshipping Satan.
If you're not doing these things, don't listen to the silly Christians.

The bible teaches that Satan doesn't really want people to believe in him. It makes it much easier for him to deceive and influence people when they are unaware. That's just the way he works.

You don't have to "know" someone to be "worshiping" him. If I lived my life by following all of the beliefs of PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) I would be championing their causes even if I did not know such a group existed.
