A cheap quick easy and very authentic taste of your local kebab shop chilli sauce ......
I use 1 tin of chopped tomatoes, a little garlic (optional) ,1 level teaspoon chilli powder,1 table spoon of seseme,olive or any oil .half teaspoon salt ,pepper (opt). small amount grated onion (opt). Teaspoon sugar,stir all together i n pan till boiling, then simmer till prefered thickness. you wont need to pay silly price for your sauce again ,+ when it goes cold you can freeze it , if you make in bulk,then take out of freezer and microwave until red hot,Tip..... freeze in portions .YUMMY hope this helps....

Boil together two dozen ripe tomatoes, three small
green peppers or a half teaspoonful of cayenne
pepper, one onion cut fine, half a cup of sugar.
Boil until thick; then add two cups of vinegar;
then strain the whole, set back on fire and add a
tablespoonful of salt, and a teaspoonful of each
ginger, allspice, cloves and cinnamon; boil all
five minutes
