She is awfully young, but if she loves it, I think that's great.
At this time, all she needs is someone who knows the fundamentals of golf. This will help her enjoy the game more and keep her from getting into bad swing habits.
I always say "do it right the first time".
When you talk to the pro, tell him you'd like your daughter to learn the proper grip, stance, posture, etc. If he's good, she won't hit a ball until about the last half of the second lesson. Group lessons aren't good for kids this age. The attention span is not there and one-on-one is so much better. Good luck from this golf instructor.

The easiest way to learn golf like a pro is by following "The Simple Golf Swing" program. It's primarily a 31 page eBook that teaches golfers how to make solid contact with the ball, how to avoid hitting fat, how to avoid slicing, how get more power, accuracy, and consistency in your swing. Consistency being the number 1 golf skill.

You not only get the eBook though, you also receive a ton of extra material including video, lessons on putting, driving, chipping, sand play etc. Here is their official site: http://www.golfswingguru.net

My recommendation is to let her just have a good time playing the game. She is too young for lessons and might not enjoy playing as much. However, if you must...The First Tee has a few sites in Oklahoma.
