I believe the creation happened as stated in Genesis.
Believing God exists is the hard part. Once you realize he exists, believing he can do things like this is a simple matter.

Nobody believes that God created the world using evolution, because evolution does not explain the creation of the world. Evolution is about the changes to biological life on Earth over time. It does not say how the Earth came into being. There are other theories that apply to how the solar system, and the Earth formed.
None of that, however, proves or is intended to prove that there is no God. Scientists tend not to believe in God only because they are trained to reach conclusions based on empirical proof and observations of natural phenomena. God being supernatural, he is outside of science, if he exists.

I would have to believe in some form of creation. Even the "Big Bang" had to have come from somewhere, even science admits that (Laws of Conservation of Energy and Mass) But evolution can't be overruled. If you have noticed, humanity is evolving right now. People are being born without spleens and wisdom teeth. Sadly, I know that has nothing to do with my views on religion, but that's just how my mind works.

Some peoples image of God is like a kid playing with Lego's. He builds all the things in Lego land one at a time. But no matter how many things this kid built his accomplishment could never be as great as the guy who invented Lego's. God created the system of time, space, matter and chemestry (including DNA) knowing that life would be the end result. He didn't care what that life looked like since it is only the soul (created later in Gods Image ) that matters.
This view is supported by Genisis if you read it carefully.

God used the evolutionary process to develop life on earth. The creation story of Genesis was written in simplistic terms because its writer(s) didn't have the knowledge to understand it any further. They couldn't possibly have conceived of millions of years -- so they wrote the timeline in a unit of measurement that they could understand, days. There was no way that early man could have known how the sun, moon, and stars came into existence, so it was written that God simply spoke them into being. Genesis says that God created Adam from the clay of the earth -- metaphorically saying that man was brought forth from what was already here. It doesn't mean that we are any less special in God's eyes, only that we weren't formed from literal dirt.
Science and faith can beautifully compliment each other if you are open-minded enough to see it.

Evolution to me is dumb, fossils look just like old rocks. "micro-organism" or what ever their called are even dumber. How can we trust science when it has let us down so much? No one was there to witness evolution just like no one was there to witness any of the other old religions. But belief is stronger than made-up facts that scientist want us to believe. I personally am a Christian and call me what you want but i believe in Jesus.Who made the grass and fruit trees? your telling me that it all just magically all came together from tiny particles and to prove this you show me bunch of old rocks. God exists wheither it be jesus or allah because everything happens for a reason.

God is God.
Evolution's another notch on the sciboard. It's one of our billion ways of interpreting the basic facts. Put the pieces together one way and you get something Evolution shaped. Or Creationist. Or whatever else might occur to post-modern neo-darwinian moochers. Aristotle said that when a baby was 40 days old it laughed. That's how you knew it was human.

It is not a "mix". It is simply two separate areas of factual truth. Creation explains how the universe came to be. Evolution explains how animal and plant species developed on one planet, billions of years after the Creation. They are two completely separate subjects.

How exactly can you create a world using evolution? That doesn't make sense. Rocks don't reproduce or carry on information.
My guess is you don't have a clue what evolution really is do you?
